Beginner introduction To Scrum in Agile

The word 'Scrum' is part of Agile.

It is one of the frameworks used for developing complex products. Agile-Scrum provides a framework that enables rapid iterations based feature development, also one of the primary methods which drive Digital Transformation forward.

To understand the framework, we must first understand the term 'Scrum'. The official definition of 'Scrum' says that it is one of the framework with which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value.

We can say 'Scrum' is Lightweight, Simple to understand and employ various processes and techniques within, however, it is one of the frameworks that are difficult to master.

Scrum makes clear the relative efficacy of your product management and development practices so that you can improve.

The Scrum framework consists of:

Scrum Teams and their associated roles, 

- Scrum events

- Scrum artifacts, and

- Scrum rules.

Each component within the framework serves a specific purpose and is essential to Scrum’s success and usage.

The rules of Scrum bind together the Scrum events, Scrum roles, and Scrum artifacts, governing the relationships and interaction between them.
